The Department of financial accounting, planning and monitoring is a structural division Of the trade and economic College of Kazpotrebsoyuz (hereinafter TEC).

Head of the Department ( chief accountant) - appointed by the founder , approved / dismissed by the order of the Director of the fuel and energy COMPLEX.

In its activities, the Department reports to the Director and is guided by:

• current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on accounting and financial reporting";
• TEC's Charter ;
• Tax code;
• orders of authorized state bodies and other regulatory legal acts;
• international financial reporting standards;
• the accounting policies of the College;
• College orders;
• other internal documents of the TEC.

Main tasks:

• formation of complete, timely and reliable information about the financial condition of the College;
• compilation of statistical and analytical data;
• transfer of accounting information to the founder, financial, tax and other regulatory authorities in cases established by law;
• timely submission of financial statements in accordance with the forms and terms established by the regulatory legal acts of authorized state bodies and the requirements of the founder;ensuring the correct organization of accounting and analytical work, clear statement of accounting in accordance with the regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
