METHODICAL SERVICE

The teaching room is a structural unit of the Trade and Economic College of Kazpotrebsoyuz (hereinafter referred to as the TEKK)

The teaching room is headed by the deputy director for scientific and methodological work, appointed and dismissed by order of the director of the Fuel and Energy Complex.

In its activities, the unit is subordinate to the director, deputy director for UIA and is guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including:

  • Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan: "On Education";
  • "About science";
  • "On the fight against corruption";
  • "On languages ​​in the Republic of Kazakhstan";
  • State educational development programs;
  • normative legal acts on education and training of students;
  • Fundamentals of pedagogy and psychology, the achievements of modern pedagogical science and practice;
  • methods and advanced learning technologies;
  • innovative management methods;
  • the fundamentals of the economy, labor legislation, rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures and fire protection.

    Deputy Director for Scientific and Methodological Work:

  • directs the scientific and educational-methodical work of the college in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Organizes and plans the scientific and educational work of the college
  • coordinates issues on the development of methodological recommendations, on the organization of work of subject (cycle) methodical commissions, on the preparation of reporting documentation on the scientific and educational-methodical work of the college
  • makes suggestions for improving the educational process.
  •  provides assistance to teachers in the development of copyright programs, textbooks, educational and methodical literature, organizes work with the methodological rooms of regional (city) educational authorities, with publishing houses for the preparation of collections, recommendations and other publications on scientific and educational work.
  • It ensures the improvement of the educational and educational processes, the development and implementation of new teaching technologies, organizes work to improve the qualifications and certification of teachers.
  • organizes and analyzes the state of scientific and educational work, summarizes the results of experimental work.
  • studies, disseminates and implements innovative teaching technologies in practice. Organizes scientific and methodological meetings, seminars, conferences. Ensures compliance with the requirements of the rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures and fire protection.
  • presents a report on the results of scientific and educational activities.

COLLEGE METHODICAL WORK

The methodological theme of the college is  “Modular education - as one of the main areas of preparation of a competent specialist”.

Purpose:  improving the competency-based approach to the organization of the educational process through the application of an experimental modular training program. 

The main objectives of the NMR: 

  1. optimization of the educational process, ensuring the educational process through the use of new educational training programs
  2. intensification of the process of teachers passing advanced training courses to improve the quality of training based on the introduction of new information and interactive technologies. The introduction of teachers and students to research, experimental, design activities.
  3. high-quality preparation and holding of creative weeks and methodological days, increasing their role in improving the pedagogical skills of the college management and teaching staff. The use of active forms of generalization and presentation of pedagogical experience on topical issues of training and education (conferences, seminars, open lessons, etc.).
  4. development of educational and methodological support for the educational process for conducting all types of classes at a high methodological level.
  5. organization of internships by teachers teaching disciplines of the professional module.

 Improving pedagogical and professional competence

MEETINGS OF THE “SCHOOLS OF THE YOUNG TEACHER”

Purpose: To form professional and pedagogical abilities and skills of young specialists, for successful application in practice.

  • SCHOOL OF PEDAGOGICAL SKILL

Purpose: Increasing the psychological and pedagogical competence of teachers of special disciplines.

  • QUALIFICATION TRAINING COURSES, TRAINING

Purpose: Increasing professional and pedagogical competence, the study of innovative, interactive, production technologies.

  • ATTESTATION OF TEACHERS

Purpose: Improving the pedagogical and professional level of teaching staff, generalization and dissemination of pedagogical experience.

  • PARTICIPATION IN SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCES, COMPETITIONS, OLYMPIADS

Purpose: Improving the scientific, methodological and research potential of teachers. The development of research activities and creative abilities of students.

Educational-methodical complex for ensuring the educational process (CMD)

The composition of the educational and methodological complex for ensuring the educational process includes normative and educational-methodical documentation, training and monitoring tools.

The teachers of the college developed the following educational and methodical documentation:

  • study guides in electronic and printed form in 47 disciplines;
  • guidelines for the implementation of course and diploma design (for special disciplines);
  • collections of tasks in test form for all disciplines (current, intermediate and control testing);
  • collections of didactic materials in subjects;
  • collections of handouts of thematic materials.

Forms of the scientific and methodological work of the cabinet:

1 . Participation in scientific conferences, seminars;

2.  Development of methodological documentation:

  • CMD in the specialties;
  • developing open lessons and activities;
  • development of methodological manuals, directions, electronic manuals.

3.  Further education of teachers:

  • continuing education courses;
  • training seminars;
  • internships at enterprises;
  • individual consultations;
  • open lessons and activities;
  • mentoring;
  • participation in urban methodological associations.

4.  Generalization and dissemination of educational experience:

  • certification of teachers;
  • systematization and generalization of materials of creatively working teachers;
  • presentation of research results (report, magazine article, visual aids);
  • distribution and implementation of innovative developments in the educational process;
  • master classes;
  • methodical days.

  • to study and put into practice innovative pedagogical technologies;
  • carry out work on the generalization of pedagogical experience;
  • actively introduce new teaching methods in order to develop students' cognitive interest;
  • step up the work of teachers on topics of self-education;
  • diversify the forms of methodological work.

  • study, systematization and dissemination of advanced pedagogical experience, modern teaching methods and technologies;
