The library is a structural unit

     Trade and Economic College of Kazpotrebsoyuz (hereinafter TEKK)

     The head of the library is appointed by the director, approved, / dismissed by order of the director of the Fuel and Energy Complex

     In its activities, the library is subordinate to the director, and is guided by:

• The current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Charter of the fuel and energy complex;
• Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education”;
• By orders of the director of the fuel and energy complex;
• Decree and order of the Government on culture and education;
• Legal acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Internal documents.

     Main goals:

     The library has the following tasks:

• Revitalization of reading literature
• The formation of the creative personality of the reader by creating a rich library and information space
• Providing the educational process and self-education through library and information-bibliographic services for students and teachers, being a center for the dissemination of knowledge, spiritual and intellectual communication, culture, and familiarization with reading.
• Formation of readers' skills of an independent library user: training in the use of a book and other storage media, search, selection and critical evaluation of information.
• Extracurricular activities and public events based on sources available in the library.
• Formation of a comfortable library environment with the most complete and quick access to documents. Providing methodological, consulting assistance to teachers, parents, students in obtaining information.
