Online training of the restaurant school "Rome"

On 15.04.2020, students and teachers of the specialty "catering" of the Higher trade and economic College of Kazpotrebsoyuz took part in online training on the topic: "WorldSkills training modules", organized by the chamber of entrepreneurs of Nur-Sultan in conjunction with the restaurant school "rim" LLP.

Goal: "Generalization of experience in preparing students for the World Skills championship"

The training consists of 4 professional areas:

• "Cookery"
• "Restaurant service"
• "Baking business"
• "Confectionery business»

There are 3-4-5 modules in each direction. On the first day, we reviewed 2 modules, restaurant service and confectionery.

During the training, the author of this course, Raushan Seitova, explained the questions of how to properly organize the work of preparing for the championship, what skills should the participants possess, etc. A master class on making fancy coffee and cocktails was also demonstrated.
